From 19 to 23 July 2010, when you book a flight to the following destination on ZUJI Australia, you will receive a $30 e-voucher to be used on your hotel bookings. You will receive your hotel e-voucher within 3 working days after you've made your flight booking. Destinations eligible for the $30 hotel evoucher include: Bangkok, Cairns, Bali, Phuket, Fiji, Pattaya, Koh Samui, Krabi.

1. The ZUJI e-voucher is valid till 31 July 2010. Your travel must be completed by 31 December 2010.
2. The ZUJI e-voucher can be used on ZUJI Australia website www.zuji.com.au for online hotel purchases only.
3. Only one ZUJI E-voucher is allowed per booking transaction. In the event that more than one ZUJI E-voucher has been used in a single transaction, ZUJI reserves the right to cancel and terminate the booking without any further notice. All costs, fees, losses and expenses incurred as a result of such bookings shall be borne solely by the Customer. The Customer shall further indemnify and hold ZUJI harmless against all costs, fees, losses and expenses as a result of such bookings made.
4. ZUJI is not responsible to the ZUJI e-voucher recipient or any other party for compensation as a result of a ZUJI e-voucher being transferred.
5. Under no circumstances can any portion of this ZUJI e-voucher be converted into cash whether by way of refund or otherwise. If the Customer have obtained a ZUJI e-voucher but do not wish to use it, ZUJI will not refund the whole or any part of the value of the ZUJI e-voucher.
6. If the total cost of the ZUJI booking is more than the ZUJI e-voucher value, the traveler will have to top up the difference. Any top-up payment or surcharge must be made through a credit card.
7. If the total cost of the ZUJI booking is less than the e-voucher value, the unused amount remains as credit in the e-voucher. Customers can utilize the residual value on a subsequent ZUJI booking.
8. These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with any other conditions upon which this ZUJI e-voucher may be issued. All transactions are also governed by the user agreement and privacy policy found on the ZUJI website(s) on which this ZUJI e-voucher may be used.
9. The Customer shall not to sell, resell or exploit the e-vouchers for any commercial purposes. Should there be any disputes ZUJI's decision will be final.
10. ZUJI is not responsible for lost or stolen e-vouchers.
11. ZUJI MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO E-VOUCHERS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A E-VOUCHER IS NOT FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THE NON-FUNCTIONING e-voucher.
12. ZUJI reserves the right to change these Rules and Regulations from time to time in our discretion.
