Thai Airways

  • Passengers are allowed to change their date of travel or to rebook their travel plans at no charge.
  • New revised travel date should be within 3 months from the date
    of booking.
  • The usual administrative charges apply for refund.

SilkAir

  • SilkAir allows full refund for bookings up to 12 Sep to Phuket
  • Fare/tax differences apply but no admin fee for deferment of travel date (Up to 13 Nov) or change in destinations)

Cathay Pacific

  • Cancellation and refund charges apply
  • Rebooking/ rerouting charges will be waived based on the following conditions:
    • When requests are made on/before 14 Sep and before departure and for travel involving Bangkok between 5
      to 14 Sep 2008.
    • No show passenger is not eligible for the waiver.
    • Revised (new) travel date must be on/ before 20 Sep and is subjected to flight availability, in which case, the ticket expiry will be adjusted accordingly.
    • Respective fare rules apply. For example - Black out dates, flight application, weekend/ weekday travel, stopover charges and applicable seasonalities by collecting additional/ refunding difference (if any) as appropriate.
    • Reissuance charges will only be waived due to the expiry of the original ticket
